Ontario Place is an iconic 155-acre waterfront property that first opened in Toronto in 1971.
Previously a venue to promote the Province of Ontario and then a theme park, the modern-day park honours the surrounding landscape and brings people of all ages and communities together.
Visitors can enjoy a meal at the Vista Eatery overlooking Lake Ontario. Rent a fire pit or join a segway tour. There are also paddle boat rentals and you can even try your moves at the skate park.
Ontario Place is also home to Cinesphere, created as the world’s first permanent IMAX® theatre. Concert venues include the 16,000 seat Budweiser Stage and Echo Beach, an outdoor space set on a sandy beach.
Catch the Winter Light Exhibition for a display of various artists’ creations, accented by spectacular light displays.
